Returns & Exchanges
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or faulty.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product does not match the description or specifications shown on our website.
Exchange Conditions
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- All tags, packaging, and the original invoice must be included.
- Exchange requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or tampering are not eligible for exchange.
- Sale, discounted, and promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchange Shipping Charges
- Preference-based exchanges may require an additional delivery fee of PKR 250.
- Return shipping costs for such exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
Defective or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our support team with clear product photos.
- Once verified, a replacement will be arranged.
Color Variation
- Product colors may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, and screen settings.
- Such variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for exchange.
Refund Policy
- Shopker does not offer refunds in most cases.
- Refunds may only be considered in exceptional situations where a replacement or exchange cannot be provided.
